Purchase, Machining Shop, Sheet metal workshop, Painting workshop;
→QC; →Warehouse; →Aging test; →Assembly plant.
High quality of production equipments as follow:
A. Powder coating Test equipment, testing the quality of the
powder, making sure the color does not fade in 3to 5 years.
B. High temperature aging test room, examining if the control panel
can the normally work in the high temperature situation.
C. Low temperature, humidity aging cabinet, examining if the
control panel can the normally work in the low temperature
situation.
D. Tin stove, welding the control board and electronic parts by
ourselves.
